Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 October 2026

These terms apply to use of the b2bsaas.co.uk website and to services we provide. A proposal, order form or statement of work may add project specific terms. If there is a conflict, the signed project document takes priority for that engagement.

Using this website

You may use the website for lawful business purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious material, scrape restricted areas, impersonate another person or use content in a misleading or unlawful way.

Service scope

We provide services such as on page SEO, off page SEO, link building, technical and local SEO, paid marketing, digital PR, website strategy, design and development. The exact deliverables, timetable, review process, assumptions and fees are set out in the agreed scope.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised timetable or additional fee. Estimates depend on timely access, information, approvals and feedback from the client.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying accurate instructions, lawful materials, timely feedback and the access needed to complete the work. You must have permission to let us use any content, data, account or intellectual property you provide. Delayed approvals or access may move delivery dates.

Fees and payment

Fees, billing dates, taxes and payment terms appear in the proposal, checkout or statement of work. Paid media spend, specialist software, stock assets, domains, hosting and other third party costs are separate unless expressly included. We may pause work or access if an undisputed invoice is overdue.

Changes, cancellation and renewal

Project changes should be agreed in writing. Unless a signed scope says otherwise, recurring retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Work already completed, committed external costs and fees due during the notice period remain payable. Fixed projects may have non refundable deposits or milestone payments where stated in the proposal.

Approvals and delivery

You are responsible for reviewing deliverables before publication or launch. An approval may be treated as confirmation that factual details, claims, legal text and brand materials are acceptable. We will correct work that materially fails to match the agreed scope when notified within a reasonable review period.

SEO, advertising and public relations outcomes

Search rankings, indexing, traffic, leads, advertising performance, publication coverage and revenue depend on third party platforms, competition, budgets and market behaviour. We do not guarantee a specific ranking, link, publication, lead volume or financial result. Forecasts and examples are not promises.

Search engines, advertising networks and publishers may change policies or remove content. We are not responsible for decisions made independently by those third parties, but can advise on a practical response within the agreed scope.

Websites and third party technology

Web development may rely on hosting, content systems, payment services, plugins, integrations, fonts or other third party products. Their own terms, availability and charges apply. After handover, the client is responsible for ongoing updates, security, backups and licences unless a maintenance service is included.

Intellectual property

Once all relevant fees are paid, rights in final bespoke deliverables are assigned or licensed to you as stated in the scope. We retain ownership of pre existing materials, general know how, processes, templates, reusable code and tools. Third party assets remain subject to their own licences.

Portfolio use and confidentiality

Each party will protect confidential information and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or to approved advisers and suppliers. We will not publish confidential performance data. We may identify completed public work in our portfolio unless the signed scope or a written confidentiality arrangement says otherwise.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss caused by client instructions, third party platforms or unauthorised changes.

Where the law permits, our total aggregate liability connected with an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Ending services

Either party may end an engagement for a material breach that is not corrected within a reasonable written cure period. We may end or suspend services immediately for unlawful activity, security risk, abuse or persistent non payment. Clauses intended to continue, including payment, confidentiality, intellectual property and liability, survive termination.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise. Questions can be sent to b2bsaas.co.uk@gmail.com or discussed on +44 7495 772236.
